Chloe Dinman

Hailing from Rockville, Maryland, Chloe joined the First 72+ family almost 2 years ago as an Avodah Service Corps member, working in the Public Benefits clinic. Upon completion of Avodah, she worked briefly as Programs Manager, helping to assist clients with the Fountain Fund’s loan program, before transitioning to policy work the start of 2023. With the exciting introduction of a new Executive Director, she switched over to Executive Support and Policy Advocate this past August.

Prior to Avodah, Chloe graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she studied Public Policy and American Studies and spent time serving on various committees dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion around campus. Passionate about transformative justice, communal healing, and the power of grassroots activism, she firmly believes just policy change cannot be created without the integral voice of the community. In her short time in New Orleans, the First 72+ has proven to be such community, and she has been so grateful to learn from the team and clients.

In her free time, she loves seeing live music, lifting heavy things, and exploring the best city in the world!
